Poem-Your Inspiration
Here comes your inspiration
From deep inside my meditation
These words are my only wealth
So I gave them to you
Hoping that you felt
Some form of elevation

Poem- The priestly place of Haitians
While politicians’ party
And poor men are penalized
In penitentiaries
Political parties keep the people apart and poor with promises
Prejudice Police Pretend as if Principles of justice were put into their policies
Pastors preach about the times to be perilous
Not a penny in my pocket
But Poetry presents a picture of possibility for the present
Presiding over the prosecution of the sugar cane planter’s
Parting the plantations
And
Finally planting Haitians in their priestly place after all these years
With a spectacular presentation
Of plums and Pine apples, peaches and pears

Poem-Time Accounting
I take my time in taking into account the time that I took to take into account all the time that i had taken into account the first time I took time into account.
Now
No matter how much time it takes
I will also take time in taking into account
The time that I will take in taking into account all the time that i will take into account up until the last time that I will take time into account.
The purpose of this exercise was to account for all the time that i was is and will be accounting for
But all this time that I was taking for taking my time into account was taking up all my time.
The time had taken me by surprise for I had not realized that the clock was set 1 hour a head of the actual time

Poem-Time Travel Poem
This was a poem that I create
For people living in
In the year 1768
So In order to find people who will truly appreciate this poem
I will enter my time machine and travel back to that date
Give me a few seconds wait
While I allow my time machine to calibrate
Light and I will soon start travelling at the same rate
 The absolutely Eternal Fullness that
Clouds Demonstrate
While we a dreaming of a world without hate
Give thanks for the food which is on my plate
And the services scarcely provided by the state

Poem-Ending G
OH God
I try to do good
Going by the philosophies of Marcus Garvey
Musical Genius
Travel on the gravel while the judge strikes the gavel
Drinking water from the broken glass of Generations
I smoke the Ganga from Gambia to Germany
Studying Genetics
I try to get the highest grade
I hear the sounds of Guns
Due to policies of government
We are facing Genocide
Due to warring Gangs
That dwells in the Gutters
A man must have Guts
Whether Jew or Gentile

Not wanting to pick up Germs
Which give rise to Gingivitis and Symptoms of Gonorrhoea
I throw away the Garbage
But not in the Gully
Nor on the strip of the Gaza
Where grenades grow like green grass

Poem-the sky I was born under
I still remember the sky
I was born under
At it I gaze in amazement and wonder
Of the day of my birth
When I entered this earth
That day in December
And saw my mother’s smile
And touched her finger
What thoughts went through her mind?
How long did they linger while
She was looking at me cry

Poem- Your sun dance
Knowledge is vital
So know it
You have bright mind so glow it
When you get a chance
Don’t blow it
If you have a piece Land
Plough it
Food is expensive
So grow it
And pray that the creator will endow it
With blessings
Such that it overflows
With abundance
While sunflowers do the sun dance

Poem- Have determination

We must bring an end to the devastation
Oppression and exploitation
Of our every nation
Nation against nation
Invasion and occupation
I hear matters of international relation
On my local radio station
We the people of the world are living in a situation
Where we face termination
But there are obstacles that must be overcome by each human generation
So while we trod along throughout our life’s duration
We must have great determination
And let new thoughts grow from our mind
Like leaves from seeds in germination

Poem-iMagine

I imagined what it would be like
If I had an imagination
That could imagine things that I
Appear unable to imagine at the moment
I used my imagination to create a world in which I was omnipotent
I raised my creativity to the highest quotient
In requesting Justice
For the death of the innocent

Poem-Violence Volcano
The world Competes with itself
For its own destruction
The people are vicious, devious, wicked, and full of corruption
Violence overflows like the magma
In a volcanic eruption
SO
Down on my knees
I ask the most High please
Show me
What to do
Where to go
Who to trust
Because these days you just don’t know

Poem- Beware
Beware
Because these things we hold so dear
Will bring our destruction
I hope you hear
The blackberry phone at which you stare
The fast food and Facebook feed you share
The car that you steer
Emitting greenhouse gases into the atmosphere
Creating a hole in the ozone layer
Polluted city being ran by the corrupted mayor
Drinking rum, drinking beer
Smoking cocaine in your chair

Beware
Marcus Garvey throws the burning spear
Rastafari is the vampire slayer
Rub black hair grower in your hair
Apply No scissors, no comb, no shears
To be in my circle or in my square

Poem-Defender of Nature
The human population is dense
Environmental damage is intense
Small changes can make a big difference
Plant a few trees in your residence
Take a stance in defense
Of nature’s presence
Money has enslaved the people at the earth’s expense
Hence use your sense
Let the care of your surroundings commence
Whether at home or in a conference
Take positive action
Leave it as evidence
Of your commonsense
And as a commitment
For the betterment
Of the environment

Poem-Trees Uprooted
We are the soils of emotion
The roots that gave us protection
From the elements of erosion
Have been whipped away
Now we lay
At the mercy
Of the outrageous rains and winds desperation
Brand new trees must be planted--Soon
That in time will surely bloom
To bring back Strength
Under the glowing moon
Holding us together for times of great lengths
Saving us from doom
Keep intact all the fruits that grew
Saving us from the new
Tricks that brew

Poem-Winner Choice

Emotional marks are left
In the depth of my mind and heart
I have wept
And slept
Through nights of distress
But still I kept
On moving
Even though
Things are sometimes confusing
I am a winner
So is refusing choosing losing

In a land where many people are frustrated
The natural law has stated
That the police must be hated
Prostitutes walk naked
IMF Funding is awaited
While politicians debated
About the seven thousand (7000) homeless people to be Relocated
Hatred has been demonstrated
On this the earth that God created
Now the people are elated when communities are gated
So where is the freedom ?
If we say we are emancipated

Poem-New Page
You are a winner
So love your inner self
Eat ital for your dinner
Else
You may lose your health
Today is a new day
In what situation
Have you found yourself?
Are you in danger?
Do you feel like a stranger?
Are you locked up?
Like a bird in a cage
Are you feeling anger or rage?
Do you look and feel older than your age?
You need to
Turn a brand new page

Poem-Africa where we come from
Africa where we come from
Must be one
Africa where we come from
Must be strong
Africa where we come from
It has been so long
Africa where we come from
Unite for freedom
Africa where we come from
Express  love of wisdom
Africa where we come from
Must sing this song

Poem-no worries

You Do not have to worry
Always relax
Never be in a hurry
Mix your roots with honey
In the rain and when the time is hot and sunny
Do no action that is funny
To cause a funeral ceremony

Do not lose your head nor let a girl run it
Buy some herb and bun it
Get some cornmeal and tun it
If evil comes your way you must  shun it
